At Moda, we are so passionate about the quality of our products that we can confidently offer a market-leading 7-year guarantee on all of our outdoor furniture which starts on the day of your delivery.  Every single product is designed by our in-house team and manufactured exclusively to the highest standards for the Moda brand so we can guarantee your comfort and pleasure. 

Our 7-year guarantee promises:

• The aluminium frame of all our outdoor furniture will remain rust-free in all weather conditions
• The rattan weave itself is UV-resistant and won’t discolour or fade in direct sunlight
• Furniture (excluding cushions unless stated) can be left outside all year round in any weather condition

In addition to this, a number of our products have 12-month warranties to cover the unlikely event of defects or manufacturing faults. These products include the gas fire pits, all-weather covers, furniture feet, and parasols. We cannot, however, accept liability when a product has been misused, for instance when the damage has been caused by the use of force, sharp objects, or inadequate storing.

Damaged glass tops can only be replaced if claimed within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, Moda cannot accept liability for damages to cushions that have not followed our care and maintenance guide.
