Yes, our Birkin range can be left outside all year round due to the hydrophobic material it is constructed of which boasts a waterproof membrane. The Birkin collection is UV and frost resistant, we do, however, recommend purchasing a cover to protect your furniture when not in use.
When can I expect delivery?
Each set is listed on the website with the current lead time. Following order confirmation, our transport team will contact you approximately a week before your furniture is available to arrange a delivery date.
Can cushions be washed?
Removable cushion covers can be hand washed and left to air dry if required. Cushions that cannot be removed should be cleaned with lukewarm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Do products fade in sunlight?
Darker cushion covers are more likely to fade over long periods of time so we do recommend storing them away when not in use.
How do I care for my furniture?
We recommend purchasing an all-weather cover to protect your furniture from bird droppings and debris when not in use. Accessories and cushions should always be stored in a cool, dry place as the cover will not protect these items from the elements.
How do I care for my table?
Spillages should be cleaned immediately with soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Please refrain from leaving glass objects on glass tops for long periods of time as magnification can cause damage to the material underneath. The aluminium frame can be hosed down if necessary.
How do I care for my fire pit?
Crushed glass from the gas inserts should be cleaned separately in soapy water. The stainless steel insert and lid can be cleaned with a scotch bright cloth and soapy water. We recommend removing these parts including the glass surrounds. Please note that extra care is taken when removing and reassembling.
Is my furniture fully assembled?
Minimal assembly is required on all tables, dining chairs, daybeds, barstools and storage boxes.
Is the glass safe?
Yes, our ceramic on glass table tops are completely durable.
