All of our deliveries are taken care of by our own professional two man team. The reason we deliver ourselves is so we can control and make your on-line shopping experience as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. Delivery is FREE on all orders within mainland England and Wales with our two man team. For the Scottish Mainland and other off shore locations, including the Isle of Wight, additional charges may apply, we recommend that you call us prior to placing your order.DELIVERY:
All items can be delivered Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm. Items that are required on a Saturday or Sunday may incur an additional cost. Our delivery team will contact you directly on the telephone number you provide to schedule a delivery date. Our delivery driver will also contact you around 60 minutes prior to delivery. Please ensure we have a correct contact telephone number and email address as failure to supply these may lead to a delay in your shipment.PLATINUM DELIVERY:
An additional option for your delivery is to purchase our Platinum delivery service. This platinum option is available for £79 and includes, unpacking, placement of furniture and removal of all packaging for recycling.ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We understand your home is your castle and we take extra care to ensure it stays that way. With our two man special delivery service you can be confident that your goods will arrive in perfect condition. All of our full time delivery employees have been fully trained to fully respect you and your property and we guarantee you the best possible service.CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?Yes. Just contact us and we will update your details. You can do this at any time up until 48 hours before we dispatch your items for delivery from our UK distribution centre. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your address isn’t usually possible and you may be charged for arranging re-delivery.
CAN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY AT WEEKENDS?
Yes. We can deliver 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm. For weekend deliveries an additional fee applies of £40.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?
The driver will leave a card and A chargeable re-delivery may apply. Alternatively, we can leave your items with a neighbour if a pre agreement is in place.
CAN I HAVE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?
We cannot provide an exact delivery time due to the variances in traffic and the destination from our warehouse. We can however provide you with a close estimation and the driver will also call ahead 60 minutes prior to arrival.
