- Our own fleet of over 40 delivery vehicles deliver nationally 7 days per week. We never use external couriers. 

- Our drivers are fully trained to respect you and your property. 

- We will communicate the progress of your order all the way through to delivery. 

- We will always try to be flexible, to make the delivery as smooth as possible. 


Moda continues to trade and at this time is not facing disruption to deliveries direct to our customers. We are following government guidance and we have stringent controls in place to protect our employees and customers in light of the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.

At Moda we operate our own fleet of vehicles and our own dedicated delivery drivers. We are therefore not placing any extra burden on external couriers, who will be under a lot of stress during this difficult time, and we are able to ensure strict social distancing and hygiene controls in all of our deliveries.

Steps we have put in place include the following:

• Until further notice all deliveries will be contactless. This applies to both our Standard Delivery service and our Platinum Delivery services.

 Our 2-man driver teams will stay together each day and we will not mix our driver teams.

We have stringent social distancing and hygiene controls in place at our dedicated Moda warehouse.

All vehicles are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of every day.

From our own huge 200'000 sq/ft logistics centre in Manchester, we deliver from stock all over the United Kingdom. 

With no middleman, we ensure careful handling, so your new furniture reaches you in perfect condition.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the times and days you deliver? 

We deliver Monday - Friday from 8am to 8pm


Is it possible to receive my delivery at weekends? 

Yes, this can be arranged. Please call us to arrange after placing your order. We charge an additional £40 for weekend delivery, which is payable on booking. 


Can I specify a time for delivery? 

You can request a morning or afternoon delivery, please request this when our transport team call you. Our drivers will always call you an hour ahead to let you know we're arriving as well. 


How do I arrange delivery if I have special access requirements? 

After placing your order, please call us to notify us of any narrow roads, or awkward staircases! By doing so this will allow us to plan for it, and make sure your delivery is right the first time. 


What do I do if I want to place my order now, but I'm not ready to accept delivery right away? 

When our transport team calls you to make your delivery booking, let us know you're not ready. We can hold your items for up to 90 days in our warehouse. 

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

Yes, please call us to arrange the change between the hours of 9am - 5pm on 0161 683 0158, within 24 hours of placing your order.


Can I collect my order? 

Yes collection can be arranged by appointment at our Manchester warehouse, please call us to arrange. Upon collection you will be required to provide us with a driving licence or passport. The person that placed the order, must collect the items.


Do you deliver internationally? 

No, however we will deliver your items to a freight forwarder of your choice in the UK, and we will work with them to provide them the information they need to ship the items abroad on your behalf.


What do I need to do if I have a question that hasn’t been answered?
