Who is HooYu?

At Moda Furnishings providing a safe environment for our customers to do business with us, whilst removing the risk of fraud is extremely important to us.

With the rise in fraud as a result of COVID-19, we want to ensure our customers are able to enjoy our furniture without worry. HooYu works with many industries including banking, processing thousands of verifications checks, securely every day, keeping your details safe!

Is HooYu Safe?

Absolutely. HooYu uses a TLS encrypted connection, represented by the padlock which shows in your browser when viewing a secure website. All copies of your documents and any social data is deleted once verification is completed, keeping all of your details safe!

Who sees my information?

Moda Furnishings uses a secure portal, supplied by HooYu to view the result of the verification check. Your information is not passed on to any third parties at any point and is deleted as soon as the verification is complete. After verification is completed you will be notified and your order will continue to be processed.

Its as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Using your mobile device, Hooyu will request a selfie along with a form of photo identification, and confirmation of your billing address. We recommend uploading your driving license, which provides all the information required.
2. HooYu will then work its magic, using biometric facial verification whilst verifying the ID documentation provided.
3. If successful you will be notified in seconds and your Moda Order will be confirmed. Sometimes we may need to do some further checks or possibly talk to you, if this is the case a member of the team will be in touch within 24 hours.
