Just unpacked our Ledbury garden furniture. (During Storm Jorge !!!) Absolutely love it. We were going to buy different furniture from our local garden centre but read reviews of that company and were put off. Read reviews of Moda furniture (which were good) so decided to go up to their showroom in Caterham to have a look. The two young ladies in the spectacular showroom were extremely helpful and knew the answers to ALL the questions that we asked. Actually knew about the products they were selling. Really great experience. Spent a fortune!!! Really trick design features. Seems well made. Good value for money. Delivery was on time. Communication was very good. Very pleased with furniture, just wishing for a good summer!!!

Having spent a long time looking for good quality garden furniture we were very impressed with both the range and quality on display at the Caterham showroom. After much deliberation we selected a Halo sofa combo with fire pit table and an Eaton 8 seater dining set.

We chose premium delivery and the service we got from Leon and James was amazing. They were personable, helpful and informative about the products they were installing and knowledgeable about the new offerings in the moda range. They worked efficiently and tidily and also took the time to explain things as they worked. They are a real asset to the Moda team. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with our furniture, I am always apprehensive about ordering without viewing first for the quality of workmanship and comfort.

We are so pleased with our table and chairs we have gone ahead and ordered some additional items. Delivery guys Paul and John were great from calling us with timings and tips on the best way to unpack and assemble our table (which we now know makes a lot of sense) Customer service over the telephone spot on as well.

A brilliant service from start to finish. Excellent customer service when I placed my order, even when I changed it. The delivery service was also excellent . John and Paul put my dining room chairs together in next to no time - they look amazing and I am so pleased with them. Excellent value for money too and expertly finished. I would definitely recommend Moda Furnishings and will buy from them again.

What a fantastic company! The outdoor furniture in the Manchester showroom is just beautiful (as well as the new indoor range).

We have visited twice, and both times been welcomed immediately and offered hot or cold drinks whilst looking around. Maria is so friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble, and she helped us find our perfect patio set. Cannot recommend them highly enough if you want quality and top class service.

I had been looking for a balcony set for my house in Portugal and spotted the Ocean Balcony Set. I headed back to Portugal and searched for something similar and of same quality to no avail. I was straight on to Moda on my return to the UK. The customer service girls were excellent in helping me get the set to the shipping company and it reached Portugal within ten days of ordering! Can’t recommend highly enough, did wonder about buying online without actually seeing the chairs etc but needn’t have worried, quality was excellent, didn’t have the joy of the Moda guys putting it together but hubby did that easily enough. It’s just perfect watching the sunset with a glass of sangria, heaven!
