The Promoter: Giomani Designs Ltd t/a Moda Furnishings, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 07182902. Our registered office is Redman Fisher Building, Bean Road, DY4 9AQ. 

Eligibility: This competition is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of  Giomani Designs (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.

Promotional period: The competition will run until 09:00 Monday 9 December 2024.

Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must fill out the newsletter subscription form at https://www.modafurnishings.co.uk/moda-competition during the above promotional period.

Prize: Five winners will each receive a 7ft Medium Solar Fir LED Outdoor Christmas Tree, as available to purchase here - https://www.modafurnishings.co.uk/ottowa-solar-fir-led-outdoor-medium

By entering this competition, you are opting in to email communication from Moda Furnishings. We will not pass your details on to any other company. You can unsubscribe at any time. Entries must be within the stated promotional period. Internet access is required. Only one entry per person will be accepted in the promotional period.

Winner selection: Five winners will be selected at random, by Tuesday 9 December.

Winner notification: The winners will be notified directly by email or phone within 24 hours of the competition's closing date to confirm and take address details. It is the promoter's right to confirm the winner's identity if required.

Winner receipt of prize: The winners will receive their prize by Tuesday 24 December 2024, pending confirmation of winning notification and submission of address details to us.

Free standard delivery to UK mainland locations only as per our normal delivery service, some exclusions apply. The prize will be delivered via courier using our standard delivery service after we have received confirmed address details from you upon notification from us that you have won. If we don't receive address confirmation from you by Thursday 12 December we may not be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas

The prize must be accepted as offered, there is no cash alternative or alternative prizes. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The Winner will receive their unique voucher code prize within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner does not redeem their prize within 6 months of receipt of the e-gift voucher, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize and will re-draw the competition.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for situations outside of our control that may result in lost, delayed, damaged or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. Nor will the promoter be responsible for any non-inclusion of entries as a result of any systems issue.

The promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation in relation to this competition if circumstances beyond our control prevent the promoter from complying with these terms & conditions.

Winner may be required to feature in PR and marketing content for Moda Furnishings. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this competition, the winner is granting permission to be included within Moda's PR and marketing content.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to keep their details with Moda up to date, in order for us to contact the winner. We cannot be held responsible for Winner failing to keep information up to date which may affect prize acceptance or prize delivery.

The promoter’s decision is final and binding.

Entry to the competition implies acceptance of these terms & conditions.

If necessary, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, should this be necessary due to circumstances outside of the promoter’s control.

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement where there are grounds to believe that the terms and conditions outlined in the above have been breached.

The promoter has the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

Decisions made in relation to this competition by the Promoter are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The name of the winner can be obtained by emailing competition@modafurnishings.co.uk 28 days after the closing date of the competition.
