Can furniture be left outside all year round?

Yes, our Salone range is UV and frost resistant and can be left outside all year round. We do, however, recommend purchasing an all-weather cover to protect your furniture when not in use.

When can I expect delivery?

Each set is listed on the website with the current lead time. Following order confirmation, our transport team will contact you approximately a week before your furniture is available to arrange a delivery date.

Can cushions be washed?

Yes, cushions covers from our Salone range can be removed and washed if required. We suggest hand washing and air drying only. Please note, we recommend when not in use, cushions should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Do products fade in sunlight?

Darker cushion covers are more likely to fade over long periods of time so we do recommend storing them away when not in use.

How do I care for my furniture?

The Salone frame is made out of aluminium so can be hosed down to clean if required. We recommend purchasing an all-weather cover to protect the frame from bird droppings and debris when idle. Be sure to store cushions and accessories in a cool dry area when not in use as the cover is not guaranteed to protect these items from the elements. Please avoid the use of power tools for assembly and hand tighten only if necessary.

How do I care for my table?

Spillages should be cleaned immediately with soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Please refrain from leaving glass objects on glass tops for long periods of time as magnification can cause damage to the material underneath. The aluminium frame can be hosed down if necessary.

How do I care for my fire pit?

Crushed glass from the gas inserts should be cleaned separately in soapy water. The stainless steel insert and lid can be cleaned with a scotch bright cloth and soapy water. We recommend removing these parts including the glass surrounds. Please note that extra care should be taken when removing and reassembling.

Is my furniture fully assembled?

Minimal assembly is required on all tables, daybeds, bar stools and storage boxes.

Is the glass safe?

Yes, our ceramic on glass table tops are completely durable.
