Premium Protect is designed to ensure that, having invested in your new outdoor furniture, you can keep it looking and feeling like new for as long as possible.

This shows you the key benefits and exclusions of the insurance as well as other important information. You must read this before purchasing the insurance and ensure you retain a copy.
Important Information Document
This provides you with information on what demands and needs this insurance will meet as well as other important information. You must read this document; tick the necessary boxes if they apply to you and then sign the document.
Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
These give you the full terms of your insurance policy and other important information. You should read these carefully to make sure the cover is right for you. You will be sent these following the delivery of your furniture.
PRODUCTS COVERED
Furniture Fabrics
Features a trademarked Moda Ropetek weave, made from a soft touch PVC mesh with a fabric feel whilst being resistant to weather all year round.
Furniture Frames
Features upholstered PVC fabric coating bringing an interior living room look outside whilst still retaining the same level of protection from the elements as the rest of our Contemporary and Rattan sets.
Fire Pits & Drinks Coolers
Featuring aluminium slats that use the same powder coated material as our set frames for all year-round protection from the elements.
TABLES AND TABLE TOPSFurniture Fabrics
Feature a lacquered wood style, whilst being made from the same PVC material as our rattan ranges.
Note: Cushions from this range are NOT hydrophobic.
SUmmary of cover
Your Premium Protect cover will start from the moment your furniture is delivered. It covers you against:
Accidental Staining:
You are protected against everyday spills (but not limited to) such as:
- Tea/coffee/hot chocolate
- Wine/beer/spirits
- Cosmetics
- Tomato ketchup and other sauces
- Fruit juices and soft drinks
- Greasy food stains such as pizza and curry
- Dye transfer
- Chocolate and confectionery
- Corrosive substances
- Bleach
Accidental damage:
Unexpected accidents can occur. Examples you are protected against are:
- Rips and Tears to fabrics
- Fabric burns
- Major scuffs and scratches
- Dents
- Chips
- Snapped rattan weav
- Cracked or smashed glass
- Breakage of frame components
- Breakage of Fire pit components
not covered:
Whilst Premium Protect offers extremely wide benefits, there are some things that we do not cover and a summary of these are
- Commercial use
- Deliberate damage
- Wear and Tear
- Gradual build-up of damage
how it works
costs
You can protect your investment from as little as just £22. The price you pay is determined by the total value of eligible items in your order. You can add the cost of your cover to a finance agreement if that is your chosen payment method.
HOW TO CLAIM
2. PCH agent reviews claim.
**PCH means Personal Claims handler, each of your customers is allocated one
3. Appointment for a home visit arranged.

4. Technician attends and
completes a report.
**Our Technicians use state of the art technology to produce a report
5. The report is received in the office within minutes of the visit.
**If required we’ll be in touch with the customer right away
6. The PCH will look at the best method of resolving the claim.
**In some cases we even give the customer the choice
7. Dedicated parts team in place to ensure parts orders are processed quickly.
8. Parts shipped, parts fitted.
**Our mailroom receives and ships all parts, we really control the whole journey

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your insurance and receive a full refund during the 14 days from receiving your Terms and Conditions. Full information can be found in the documents detailed above.
YOUR DATA
Moda will share your information with the scheme administrators and the insurer for the purpose of arranging and administering your policy and handling your claim.
Further information on how both firms handle your personal data can be found in your Terms and Conditions and also in their Data Protection notices which can be found on their respective websites. Privacy notices can also be requested in writing.
