Social Media Competition Terms

 

1. The prize competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s suppliers, any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize competition, and their respective families or agents. The Promoter may require any participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the competition. Entrants must have Moda Furnishings garden furniture.

2. To enter, participants must: Follow @modafurnishings and tag 2 friends in the comments. For an additional entry, participants may share to their Instagram Story which must tag @modafurnishings.

3. The opening date for entries is 6 pm on 09.05.2023. The closing date of the prize competition is 10 am on 23.05.2023. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

5. The competition winner will be randomly selected.

6. The winner will receive garden furniture of their choice, up to a basket value of £3000 (RRP Price). Does not include Traeger BBQ's and must select in stock items only, subject to availability.

7. The winner will be notified by @modafurnishings through Direct Message on Instagram on Friday 26.05.2023. and must provide confirmation via message/email to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.

9. The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10. The prize is supplied by Moda Furnishings.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. By entering the competition, you allow Moda to use submitted content across social, email and web platforms.
