We understand that like us, many of you are concerned about the recent coronavirus outbreak. Although we agree with the Government who advise against unnecessary panic, these are unprecedented times in the UK and our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those affected by the spread of the disease.
While the sole reason we exist is to provide high-quality furniture, above all else we prioritise the health and safety of our customers. We want to assure you we’re doing all we can to keep our customers and members of staff safe, and we’re currently keeping a close eye on the situation and following the official guidelines set out by the British government.
As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we’ll be sure to keep you up-to-date on the measures we’re taking to ensure our customers are kept safe when making any purchases with Moda Furnishings.
One of the steps we’re taking to ensure your safety is contactless delivery. With many people being asked to self-isolate and practice social distancing, we can now offer contact-free delivery to your address.
This means you can now receive your order to your door without having to come into contact with our delivery team. This helps to keep all parties safe, and ensures your self-isolation isn’t affected when receiving your furniture.
As well as washing and sanitising their hands after every delivery, when they’re out on the road, our drivers have been instructed to follow the government’s advice to stay at least 2m away from anyone they come into contact with. We’ll also be implementing further measures in line with government guidelines as and when they’re set.
For the time being, all of our stores will remain closed. If there are any changes with regards to our processes, we’ll be sure to notify our customers as soon as possible. In the meantime stay safe and take care,
